| Education | Ella earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from the University of Rhode Island in 2022. She went on to receive her master's degree in Sport Management from the University of North Alabama in 2023. | |
| Experience | Ella’s career in athletics began at the University of Rhode Island as a student intern in the athletic advising office where she worked specifically with the Men's Basketball team (2021-2022). She then went on to the University of North Alabama and became the Sport Management Graduate Assistant as well as the graduate intern in the athletic advising department (2022-2023). | |
| What you need to know about Ella Bennett | Ella was a former student-athlete on the University of Rhode Island and North Alabama Women’s Volleyball team. She was born and raised in Minnesota and is happy to be back in her home state with her husband Zach. She still enjoys being active and has recently picked up the game of pickleball in her free time. | |
